Ey486 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the rules and conditions binding on all users of the ey486 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any services offered by ey486. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the ey486 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ey486 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ey486 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. ey486 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify users of material changes via the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the ey486 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at ey486. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice and without refund of any remaining balance.
During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information. ey486 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents, proof of address, or any other documents deemed necessary. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restriction or termination.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access as a result of your negligence.
- Notifying ey486 promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your account information current and accurate at all times.
Ey486 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & MYR Transaction Information
All transactions on the ey486 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ey486 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Available payment methods include internet banking transfers via FPX and recognised local e-wallets.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are stated on your account's deposit page and may vary by payment method. ey486 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.
For withdrawal requests:
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account registered under the name of the account holder.
- Ey486 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times range from a few minutes to 2 business days, depending on the chosen method and any required verification steps.
- Ey486 is not responsible for any third-party fees charged by banks or payment providers.
Any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or violation of this policy will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. ey486 reserves the right to freeze the balance of any account involved while an investigation is ongoing.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Ey486 users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the platform:
- Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other unauthorised method to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, compromise, or exploit any technical vulnerability within the ey486 system.
- Registering an account using a false identity or inaccurate information.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or the laws of the user's jurisdiction.
- Distributing threatening, offensive, or rights-infringing content or communications through the platform.
Ey486 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules. Users found in violation of any of the above will face action that may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. ey486's decision in such matters is final.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ey486 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. To the extent permitted by law, ey486 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, profits, or opportunities.
Ey486 is not liable for technical failures resulting from factors beyond its control, such as internet disruptions, third-party payment provider outages, or unforeseen cybersecurity incidents.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ey486 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface design, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of ey486 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from ey486.
Third-Party Links & Services
The ey486 platform may integrate with or link to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. ey486 does not control and is not responsible for the policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ey486 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without notice in cases of terms violation, fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons deemed necessary. Accounts closed due to violations may not be eligible for a balance refund.
6. Amendments, Governing Law & Contact Us
Ey486 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court with jurisdiction.
